Question : Problem: Web Interface Connection Preferences

I have a Citrix farm that we connect to via the web interface.  Under the option to customize the user interface there are settings for connection preferences that allow you to change window size.  When my users change the window size, select ok and open an app it seems to work.

The problem is when the users disconnect/reconnect those settings are discarded.  I understand the settings are stored as a persistent cookie, but we haven't cleared cookies.  Also, my end users are not local admins.

Any ideas?

There is a setting in the Web Interface config for "Kiosk Mode" which will discard all of those settings when the user logs off.  Sounds like you just need to disable that.

In the Access Suite Console open your site and go to:
Manage Client Connection Settings.

The option will be at the bottom
