Question : Problem: Laptop won't recover from sleep
Having some trouble with standby on my s10e. When it's on mains everything works fine, when it's not, it goes to sleep but won't wake back up (I open the lid and the power light goes solid and wireless light goes blue but it won't initialise).
If I put it to sleep without the mains plugged in, then plug it in and open it up again then it will work fine. And when it's on battery, if I try and wake it up, then plug the mains in it will beep like it's awake and has registered it...
Answer : Problem: Laptop won't recover from sleep
Thanks for suggestions.
Returned laptop to supplier & replacement works fine.
Must have been a duff unit.
