Question : Problem: laserjet 4650 error 49.4401

I have a laserjet 4650 that is giving an error 49.4401. It gives this erros even when not connected to a PC or a network. It gives it with the network card removed. It wil lnot boot up fully.

I had a similar problem and it turned out to be the firmware flash card needed to be changed.
