Question : Problem: hp c5280  printer software error

I have hp c5280 printer, the software install up to 96% and will stop there. Then it give me this error message: E:\hpzsetup.exe\rerun 1 and will not install. Does any one what is going on? I have tried to run again and get the same message.

was the printer plugged in?
if so, disconnect it, uninstall all printer software
then install again - only plug it in when asked for!
