Question : Problem: Windows Explorer.exe error message when opening printer properties
Hello,
I have a network running on windows server 2003 and windows XP workstations. On one worksation we get the attached error message when we try to open the printer properties. It does not matter if we are logged on as the user or as administrator we get the same message. If we try and print from word it says that word experienced a problem and needs to close, in fact we get an error message from any program that we try and print from. However, We are able to print to this printer from othe workstations. P.S it is a network printer.
