Question : Problem: Wyse Device Manager ( WDM ) Questions
I have a client that will be moving into mostly Wyse clients and was wondering what WDM could do for me. Many of the clients are the tiny Winterm OS clear/silver boxes to just run RDP, but they're beginning to purchase the WT9650XE devices from a refurbisher with XPe installed on them.
What exactly can WDM do?
Are there any suggestions/requirements for the machine it's installed onto?
What OS can it run on?
Can it be installed onto a Domain Controller or a Terminal Server? (the only two servers they have)
I've downloaded the latest version - 4.7. Will that work with all of the devices Wyse has created, including dumb / non XPe devices?
