Question : Problem: Looking for USB Drive with Power Save

Hi,

I am thinking about buying three or four USB hard drives as backup devices for a file server (I will rotate them like tapes).  The server is running 24x7.  I am concerned that a regular USB drive will burn out and fail  if it is running non-stop.  The backups will be scheduled at one or two times a day.  After the backups, the drives could spin down, go into hibernation or do something to save power.

I cannot seem to find a USB drive that does this.  Please identify USB drives, preferably from known companies, that offer this power saving feature.

Thanks

Answer : Problem: Looking for USB Drive with Power Save

I have some Western Digital MyBook's [These:  http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16822136132&Tpk=WDG1U7500N   and  http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16822136186 ] ... and one thing I REALLY like about them is they spin the drives down when not used for a while.   I've got two of the 750's and one of the 1TB's [which is all I'll buy from now on ... until the capacities get even bigger :-) ].
