Question : Problem: rc.local equivalent in Mac OS X

In Red Hat Linux, if you want something to run after boot process, you put it in "rc.local".  Does anybody know what file is the equivalent in OS X?

As always, thank you for your time on this matter.

I would think that you can put them at the end of /etc/rc.  However, not really sure when you want your program to be executed.  This page might help:
