Question : Problem: Iphone and outlook 2007 calendar syncing problems

When I try and sync my iphone  to OUTLOOK 2007calendar it throws off the appointments by an 1 hour forward, what can be done to fix this error. I have looked at many threads and nothing I have seen so far works

OK I got a new iPhone form apple and it works fine now It had to be something in the old one
