Question : Problem: Log-in To Netgear Wireless Router
I know the password to my Netgear 802.1n wireless router (I have two other PC laptops on the network). I just bought a MacBook Pro. When I start the Mac, it immediately recognizes the network and asks for the password. I enter it the same as I do w/ the 2 PC laptops, but to no avail. I called Apple Tech Support and they said to just put the $ sign in front of the password. Tried and failed again.
Answer : Problem: Log-in To Netgear Wireless Router
Select WPA2 Personal, and make sure the keyphrase (not the hex representation of it) is not longer than 13 characters. If it is change it on the wireless router.
