Question : Problem: Computer Reboots

My computer is a Pentium D 3ghz, 1GB RAM, 250GB SATA HDD, Asus P5B-Plus Vista Edition mobo, Linksys WMP300N Draft-N wireless card.
The problem I have is that my computer constantly re-boots from the bugcheck below:

The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck.  The bugcheck was: 0x100000d1 (0x00000008, 0x00000002, 0x00000000, 0xf71a4bef)

After changing my settings to show a screen dump (bsod) I discovered this extra information:
NDIS.SYS address F71ABEF base at F718E000 Datestamp 41107ec3.

At first I thought this error was to do with faulty RAM but I have done overnight tests using memtest86 and not one fault occured. This new error leads me to believe it is a network card or driver problem.

I have also noticed that it only seems to reboot after I startup Azureus my torrent program. I would strongly prefer not to uninstall it. It seems to trigger the bugcheck, becasue I can have the computer turned on for days and it will run fine, untill I startup Azureus.

I have experienced 9 bugchecks just TODAY, but this issue has been occuring for months, even after using other p2p programs ie edonkey, emule.

I have no idea how to fix this issue and need some expert advice! Please help if you can!
Thanks!

Answer : Problem: Computer Reboots

Here is an interesting lynksis forum thread, which one person has successfully fixed the problem with a patched version of the lynksis driver using a belkin driver. Apparently lynksis isn't keeping up the driver version.
