Question : Problem: Light on Motherboard - fan doesn't work - won't boot

The desktop that runs our home security system has an Intel Motherboard E210882...MPGA478 socket.  Other numbers on it are D865GBF/D865PERC and a P/N AA C25843-404.  It won't boot and the fan doesn't run, but a green light turns on on the mother-board.  I replaced the power supply thinking that was the problem, but no luck, so I think the motherboard is shot.  Problem is I searched the net for a replacement and no one has them in stock..seems they've either been discontinued or replaced with another by Intel, but their web site doesn't indicate this.  I also sent them an email asking them for some help...

Any suggestions out there?
