Question : Problem: cannot get uninstall to work

I have downloaded the version of this software from HP (sj650en) and it includes an uninstall program.  I cannot get this to work (the uninstall program).  Most instructions to fix the problem which is my original one say to uninstall using the program.

What program are you referring to?

Reinstall the program in the same directory.  Then uninstall it.  Navigate to the folder in Program Files where the program is installed.  Click on Uninstall or Unwise icon to uninstall.
