Question : Problem: CANNOT INSTAL XP SP2 WHILE ON AHCI MODE

I have Lenovo T51 notebook, i was trying to instal win xp sp2 last night but setup could not find any sata hard drive so i had to switch to compatibility mode and i installed it, but when it switch it back to AHCI on BIOS i got blue screen, if anyone could tell me how to do a clean install from AHCI mode...

Answer : Problem: CANNOT INSTAL XP SP2 WHILE ON AHCI MODE

You need to obtain the SATA driver for your system. Assuming that you don't have a floppy drive you will then have to slipstream it onto the CD.
