Question : Problem: HP 2420 printing incorrect copy range and shaves margins in differnet applications.

An HP 2420 LaserJet printer recently began printing wrong number of copies in Word 2003, shaving off margins in Lotus notes and both in Excel 2003.  Once in awhile it would also provide a blank page as if seperator page was selected.  I have provided a work around with PS, PCL and HP1200 drivers for different applications.  My goal is to get back to one correct driver and possibly find out the reason for this problem.  2 other identical printers are not having any problems.

How is the print preview. I think it is problem with the file- page set up , may not be printer problem, unless you have selected to go bu printer default settings. Try to remove - print by printer settings.  Hope this will help...
