Question : Problem: cannot find my external HD in MyComputer

Cannot find my external HD  in  "My Computer"  since I installed   MS  Windows Live One Care

      *Start>Run>diskmgmt.msc
      *You should see your external drive here, you either have to right click it and click initialize, or if it is already initialized, you may have to assign drive letter by right-clicking the space at the right of disk
