Question : Problem: site to site between 2 PIXes. MM_NO_STATE error.

I have 2 cisco 506 firewalls doing site-to-site vpns..
they are not working.

they are both doing site to site vpns with other pix es and they do work fine..

I'm getting an MM_NO_STATE error.

the configs on both sides look ok..
and the access lists I'm using to trigger the vpn connection all show incrementing counters on the right when I ping each device from the other side..
