Question : Problem: Computer Hardware Compatibility Check

I'd like to ask your opinion on the following build (mainly just compatibility, I'm new to the i7's). Any feedback is appreciated! Thank you very much.

There really isn't anything special hardware-wise about the Nehalem except that it makes use of faster DDR3 RAM.  The motherboard is compatible, but note that some people had quality problems with it: http://www.newegg.com/Product/ProductReview.aspx?Item=N82E16813128375
