Question : Problem: Install Traditional Chinese Input Method (changjei) to my iphone!?

Experts,
I just bought a Iphone 3G 8g ram, I know it can input Traditional Chinese by hand writing .
But, I want to install Traditional Chinese Input Method (changjei)  to my Iphone.
Is someone have idea how to install it?
I willing to pay for it if reasonable price.
