Question : Problem: iPOD songs won't load from iTunes

My iPOD Touch has, up until just now, worked fine with my iTunes and loading music--both DRM and not licensed. I just tried manually adding about 10 songs to my iPOD, and they show up on my iPOD but when I try to play them, the iPOD just skips right through them and doesn't actually play them....What's going on?
