Question : Problem: Ipod Touch 8GB // Use as 'normal' Windows drive

Is there any simple solution to address the Apple Ipod Touch as normal Windows drive?
...and to simply move media files (videos, music, images) from the harddrive to the IPod and vice versa??? Thanks.
