Question : Problem: Samsung monitor SyncMaster T220 into movie player TV

I want to turn my Samsung monitor SyncMaster T220 it into movie player/TV to watch movies WITHOUT a computer. What I am looking for is an inexpensive gadget or HDD that I would be able to attach to this monitor to watch movies in dvix and other formats. This model has one DVI in and one RGB in connectors. Thanks
