Question : Problem: Messed up Refresh Rate!!!

I have a dell dimension 4500s and everytime i reboot the machine it resets the onboard video card (Intel 82845G/GL ) back to 85 Hertz, but my monitor can only handle up to 60...i have a test card in the machine right now, but because its a slimline machine i cant shut the case and i dont want to purchase a new card for it...PLEASE HELP...DRIVING ME INSANE!!!

Answer : Problem: Messed up Refresh Rate!!!

So after messing around with every setting that has to do with the video card, I went into the device manager and clicked on view>show hidden devices and found VGASAVE non plug and play adapter then uninstalled and restarted and video card worked just fine.
