Question : Problem: Versamail and Exchange 2003

My Client has a Treo 680 and is trying to get versamail to work with his SBS Exchange 2003 server.  OWA works fine and we spent over 2 hrs on the phone with Palm last night, doing everything, including a hard reset on the device.  They finally came back and decided they had no idea what was wrong and it must be a server problem?  The message he gets when he tries the synch is:

There was a problem synching messages.  Can't connect to server.  Please check your network or server settings and try again.

When You click details of the message you just get this:
