Question : Problem: unable to print multiple copies of any document

I can print one document but if I want to print multiple copies of that document i get one print out followed by print out errors - pcl 6. iI'll try and post more information soon once i get my hands on the printout.

Check that you have the latest pcl6 drivers for your OS at this link:

If you're still having issues, try uninstalling the printer, then reinstalling using the pcl5 drivers.
