Question : Problem: Connecting HP iPAQ hx2400 series to PC

I have a Macbook Pro running WindowsXP-SP1 in Parallels. I have Hewlett Packard iPAQ handheld hx2400 series running Windows Mobile 5.0. Within WindowsXP I have installed Microsoft ActiveSync 4.1

I am unable to connect the iPAQ to the PC (Mac running WinXP in Parallels). The PC recognizes the iPAQ as hardware, but ActiveSync will not establish the connection.

Are there additional settings I need to establish the link?
