Question : Problem: DHCP

Generally, what should be the correct logic behind DHCP service.......We have a small office and DSL modem, Netgear router and Linksys wireless router........DHCP is enable on the netgear router.......in order to introduce the wireless router, i should enable or disable the DHCP service on the wireless router ?......If disable then I am having problems laptops connecting wirelessly to acquire ip address.......

Sounds like your static settings on the linksys are interfering, or you are trying to use the WAN/Internnet port instead of a switched port on the Linksys.
Disable the Linksys DHCP, and simply connect a port from the netgear to a port 1-4 on the linksys (NOT THE WAN/INTERNET PORT).
Plugged in manually to the linksys, you should be able to ping the Netgear with no problem.
Os simply replace the netgear with the Linksys, as mentioned above...
