Question : Problem: Problems printing out of Citrix to a HP CLJ3600

We have a problem sometimes when printing from citrix to a HP 3600. This printer is not supported by citrix because it does not have a PCL driver. So i was wonder is anyone out there has maybe found a solution for this. I have a document to show you what it does. But right now i do not know how to post a file on here. I can email the document to you if you respond to this question. Also if anyone out there has any real good documentation on how to trouble shoot printing issues in citrix that would be very appreciated.

Hmmm... Just checked the HP website and it looks like there's at least a PCL5/5E driver for this printer - PCL5 drivers are generally more stable inside Citrix and are preferred over PCL6, so make sure you're using one of those.  Another option is to use the HP4500 driver - it's a generally accepted "substitution" driver for Color Printers in Citrix.  You may lose a little bit of functionality, but the stability usually offsets the loss of function.
