Question : Problem: Unread E-mail between outlook and the Blackberry

Hi there

I have a user using a blackberry but when the user opens an e-mail either in Outlook or on the blackberry the e-mail doesnt show as Read on either Outlook or the Blackberry. So if he open an e-mail in Outlook it does show as Read on the Blackberry and the other way round.

I am using Blackberry Enterprise Server 3.9 and Blackberry Desktop Manager Ver. 4.3.0.17.

Anyone knows a solution?
