I am trying to connect to VPN from my laptop, but I keep getting a "windows cannot connect ipsecdialer.exe" error. I am using a broadband connection and wireless to my laptop.

Could you run Stinger and SpyBot in Safe Mode -

My suspicions are that there is a virus or some sort of malware on your machine that is preventing successful installation.
