Well , you will need some aditional information about your modem , if you make a diagnostic to your modem (control panel -> modems -> diagnostics -> touch the modem port and more info) with that report go to the line called identificator in that way you will know if your modem is one of the following:

ISA
PCI
AC-Link

then go to this page:
