Question : Problem: Bind Windows version UltraVNC to only one interface

This seems a pretty basic feature so I'm guessing I'm either phrasing it wrong or I'm too dumb to find on the internet :D

I want to bind the UltraVNC winvnc.exe server to listen on only one interface - particularly my inner private LAN.

The site help and details in the installation are pretty rudimentary so I'm hoping there IS a way to achieve this.
I mean I see when I connect to it in the title bar all my interfaces on which the server is listening - how do I input to only listen on one of them? (uvnc version 1.0.5.3)

Many thanx

Answer : Problem: Bind Windows version UltraVNC to only one interface

VNC does not have this functionality.

The solution is to use the firewall app to block port 5900 on the interfaces you don't want VNC to support or to restric the Subnets from which port 5900 would be allowed.

Here is an example for Windows.    (I assume you don't need a lunux based solution).
