Question : Problem: Missing NTBackup Logs
We're using NTBackup on Server 2003 to backup the Exchange Store and various user data. The backups seem to be working fine, but it is not generating a log. I restored a backup, and that generated a log with no problems, it's just when backing up that no logs are being created. On a second server on the same network we're running NtBackup exactly the same to backup a database, and it logs just fine. I've tried changing the logging settings from Summary to Detail, and still have no luck.
Any help would be greatly appreciated, as we need to monitor the log files on a daily basis for our client.
