Question : Problem: Arcserve E8522 error.

Started to recieve the E8522 error from arcserve. I have verified network connectivity and the upgraded the nic driver on the client agent. It will connect to c: but when it tries to connect to d: it fails with the following error.

E8522 Failed to receive data from the client agent. (EC=10060)
E3404 Unable to open file. (FILE=C:\Program Files\ComputerAssociates\ARCserve\TEMP\C1B2.CAT, EC=FILE NOT FOUND)

I also reset the timeouts in the registry and uninstalled the agent and reinstalled it.
