Question : Problem: IPhone setup on Exchange 2003

Hi,

I am trying to setup an Iphone on an Exchange 2003 server, I have entered the same details as I would for rpc/http, i.e webmail.xxxxxx.com.au.

It accepts the certificate and looks all ok but cannot get mail with the following error "Theconnection tot he server failed"

I have read that I must setup a new certificate as it cannot use the same one as webmail or rpc/http, is this correct and if so can anyone point me in the direction of the fix.

You could forward the email out if you like - no control over the message once it goes out and you have no send history.

The folder reset takes about 15 minutes and yes it does knock out OWA while it is done (as it removes the access and you have to restart the service). You shouldn't need to touch the RPC over HTTPS configuration though.
