Question : Problem: Upgrade Memory from 4Gb to 8 Gb

My problem is come when i put the new memory and the BIOS said its ok with 8 gb of ram but the OS said only 3.7 Gb of ram.
the docs of Win 2003 R2 ent said i cant put up to 64 GB and the docs of the sever 16 Gb.
