Question : Problem: Why isn't the headphone jack on my Audigy 2 ZS Platinum drive working?
The headphone jack on my Platinum drive is not working. There is power, digital coaxial works fine, Audigy 2 ZS card works fine and as far as I know, all the volumes are turned up. I'm using Windows XP Pro. I tried to call Creative but they were no help, seeing that the device is out of warranty.
Answer : Problem: Why isn't the headphone jack on my Audigy 2 ZS Platinum drive working?
The reason for my post above is to check if it's a hardware problem, or maybe an issue with your OS. To rule out your OS, you must bypass it, and for that you need a separate OS on a CD.
