Question : Problem: Slow netwrok speed for Copying File

i am trying to copy files accross my home netwrok through Wireless Connectivity, its too slow, whilst i am connected at 54 Mbps.

it shoe 300 min to copy a 700 mb file

any idea??

54Mbps is always going to be a dog when you are coping files I would recommend rather plugging in a LAN cable between your PC and the other PC or linking both PC's to the access point if you have RJ45 plugs available.
