Question : Problem: Wusb54gr wireless adapetr will not work with vista

I have purhcased a wireless netwrok adapter from linksys wusb54gr and downloaded and installed vista drivers and the device is not shown in device manager other than unknown usn=b device which is installed correctly but unknown.

Linksys support is rubbish and i cannot get this to work at all any ideas/
