Question : Problem: Unable to Connect Second iPhone to Exchange Server with Different User

Trying to set up a second iPhone one my SBS server. The first iPhone Exchange connection is working perfectly. when I set up the second Iphone with a different user account information I receive the noted error message after the account appears to be accepted. I have reviewed user memberships and permissions without results. Where else might i look within Exchange server to resolve this connectin issue?

Recreated the virtual directories on the Exchange server. Now I am unable to get the iPhones to be recognized. "Exchange Account Verification Failed."
