Question : Problem: Network shared printer yielding error message on only one workstation.

Our HP Color Laserjet 3550N is yielding the following error message on one workstation:

Function address 0x77c47ea2 caused a protection fault. (exception code
0xc0000005) Some or all property page(s) may not be displayed.

The error occurs when the user presses the "Properties" button on the prin dialog box.

I have updated the printer driver with no improvement. I have deleted the contents of the C:\windows\system32\spool\drivers\w32x86\3 directory and removed the directory and reinstalled the drivers from a fresh download from HP. No help...

No other users are experiencing this issue.

I'd try a repair on the entire windows directory. It would rule that out at least
