Question : Problem: 50.1 error

We've replaced the fuser and the DC controller PCB as indicated by the service manual.  The error persists.  The manual indicates that the J5013 connector may need to be replaced, but I cannot find any documentation on doing so.  I am looking for a lead to find the part and instructions on installing it.

Answer : Problem: 50.1 error

This ended up being a defective new fuser (we are no longer using that vendor as the last 2 fusers we ordered from them have been defective).  A second, properly working, new fuser took care of the problem.
