Question : Problem: HP 4050TN driver not showing all paper trays.

I am trying to set up a user on a networked  HP 4050TN printer.  The driver that I have installed shows only two trays in the properties, but the actual printer has 4 trays.  The old computer he moved from had the printer listed with 4 trays and quite a few more options in the properties page.  I have downloaded the driver straight from HP, but not having any success getting him going.  I think he wants the documents to pull from the first tray that has letterhead and them on the successive pages, pull from another tray that has a different type of paper.  Any help appreciated.
