I haven't played with 2K8TS too much, but the timeouts should be part of the RDP-tcp connection properties. 1. AdminTools:TSConfiguration 2. Rt-click on RDP-Tcp, select Properties 3. Go to the "Sessions" tab, select "Override user settings" and change your settings for "Active session limit:" - that's the setting that will time out connections for users if they haven't done anything with the session (keyclicks or mouse movement). 4. Apply and test.
