Question : Problem: unable to Remote Desktop using NetScreen 5GT

we have one static IP from ISP. our server is 2003 SBS. we just added the NS 5GT to the network. I already open the port 3389 and 5900 for Remote Desktop and VNC under VIP. Also, I configured the policies to allow RD and VPN. But somehow, neither RD nor VNC works. I have DEP turned on on the 2003 server, but I allow the services for remote connections. please help!!!
P.S: I've never used NS before. Now, I'm wonder why it has to be so complicated. :(

got it figured out. When create custom service in NS, i put 3389 and 5900 for source (not supposed to). Edit those, good to go. Thanks!
