Question : Problem: Red Dots on Images (Dell Latitude D630)

I have a new Dell Latitude D630 laptop. It uses Win XP. All Win XP updates have downloaded and installed. I've searched E-E and didn't fine an answer to my question which is: After the computer restarts from "stand-by" mode, the images are peppered with mostly red dots, but some bly dots as well. This problem never happens when the system is booted or rebooted. What causes the problem? But, more importantly, what can be done to prevent (solve) it?

the very first thought is; a problemetic video card driver....
or may be you should check your motherboard's manufacurer website for any updated power management drivers/tools....
