What do you mean review and how detailed / how far (e.g. enough to prove invoice / work order, or to make sure all steps are carried out) Maintenance plans ? Asset Checking ? Repairs or Faults ? Work
probably the best way is to look at some of the more popular and "free" tools (though some do require investment to get full features) .
Have a look at :
http://manageengine.adventnet.com/products/service-desk/asset-inventory-management.htmland sysaid's asset management (need to scroll through)
http://www.ilient.com/web-based-help-desk-software.htmboth have free versions and or downloads and some of the reports / templates might inspire you. The even have some "self service" reporting for customers, so might also see some customer presentation quality reporting.
and then there are some excel templates such as :
http://excel-inventory-templates.safe-install.com/then there are the shareware items :

Essentially these types of things normally reflect the type of work you do - for me it really is just delivery not reparis or maintenance. It is not that difficult to create to create your own - keep it low key to begin with and allow it to evolve. Anyway, hope some of the above works for you.
