Question : Problem: How to extend a USB cable beyond 15 ft

How to extend a USB cable beyond 15 ft.  Can this be done with a usb hub.  I have a projector that needs a usb connection that is mounted in the ceiling and needs to run about 30 ft.  Can this be accomplish with a usb hub?
