Question : Problem: Blackberry Storm centralized deleting

Is there is anyway that when I delete a email from my Blackberry that Outlook can be setup to delete the message as well.

Right now, I have to delete it from two locations.

I have a BES at my firm and my model is a Blackberry Storm .

Turn on the mail synchronization and allow deletions. It should be automatic.
