Question : Problem: Toshiba Satellite P205-S6237 Northbridge thermal grease

I have a fan going out on my laptop and I'm going to replace it my question is. Since I need to remove the heat sink along with the northbridge heatsink  I know for the cpu I can use artic silver or whatever cpu thermal grease I have. I keep reading on the website http://www.irisvista.com/tech/laptops/toshiba-satellite-p205/removing-motherboard-4.htm that you have to use a different type of thermal grease. I was wondering if anybody has used anything other then what is recommnend to use and if so if they know a website that I can purchase the grease from for a good price I'm only seeing websites that are charging 30-40 dollars thank you

The  therma gap T630 seems to be what they want used.
This is the cheapest I can find.
